Save yourself from operations
آپریشن کے بغیر علاج
Over 36 years, a great many patients have been treated for stones, piles, warts, fibroids and back pain without ever reaching the operating table. Not everyone can be — but far more can than are told so.
What is promised here, and what is not
This is not a promise that you will never need an operation. No honest practitioner can promise that, and anyone who does should worry you.
What is offered is a proper look at your case before you consent to surgery. A good number of operations advised in Pakistan are advised early — small gallstones causing no symptoms, first-grade piles, a disc bulge on a scan in someone whose pain would have settled anyway.
But some conditions genuinely need an operation, and a few need one urgently. In those cases you will be told so and sent onward, not kept on treatment.

How a second opinion works here
- 1
Bring the scan, not just the advice
Whether an operation can be avoided is decided by evidence — the size of the stone, the grade of the piles, the state of the disc. Bring the ultrasound, CT or endoscopy report so the judgement rests on findings rather than hope.
- 2
A defined course, with review points
You are told at the start roughly how long treatment should take and when it will be reviewed. Treatment that drifts on indefinitely without measurable change is not treatment — it is delay.
- 3
An honest answer when surgery is the right course
Some conditions need an operation, and some need one urgently. A clinic that never refers anyone to a surgeon is not achieving remarkable results — it is failing to recognise when it is out of its depth. You will be told plainly.
