Migraine & Chronic Headache

آدھے سر کا درد

Fewer attacks, less severe — through constitutional prescribing.

About this condition

Migraine is treated by pattern rather than attack by attack: what triggers an episode, which side it begins on, what relieves it, and what else is happening in the patient’s health. The aim over a course of months is fewer attacks, less severe, with less reliance on painkillers.

Important

A sudden “worst headache of my life”, or headache with fever, neck stiffness, confusion or weakness, needs emergency assessment.

Symptoms we see

  • Throbbing pain, often one-sided
  • Nausea or vomiting with headache
  • Light and sound sensitivity
  • Visual aura before onset
  • Triggered by heat, hunger or stress
  • Neck and shoulder tension

Not every patient has every symptom — and the combination present is precisely what determines the remedy.
